COVID 19 Update

To our loyal patients of Aesthetica Clinique:

We hope this letter finds you and your loved ones in good health. Our community and world has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety & health. We are open to take care of patients in office and are resuming elective surgeries starting May 19, 2020.

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and surgery center. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you about the additional protocols we have implemented in order to keep patients and staff safe.

Our office and surgery center already follows the highest infection control standards per the guidelines of State Department of Health (which licenses and accredits our Ambulatory Surgery Facility), Local Public Health office, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued.

You may see some changes at your next visit and we want to take this opportunity to notify you of them ahead of time. We have made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. For example:
  • You will be asked to bring a mask or some type facial covering and to wear this mask prior to and following treatment. We will all be wearing masks as well.
  • Our staff will be greeting you at the door to complete a screening questionnaire as well as to take your temperature. Please note that we are also recording all employee's temperatures and monitoring their health each day.
  • We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed. All pens, clipboards, patient rooms and common areas will be sanitized regularly and in between use.
  • You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines or coffee service as we are limiting anything that can not be easily sanitized.
  • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. We will be managing appointment times in order to properly maintain this and we therefore ask you to do your best to arrive on time.
  • We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time. Additionally after check in we will be taking you directly to the patient room to complete any paperwork and we will also be completing payments in that same room to limit lobby traffic.
  • We kindly ask that you also not bring any children or extra visitors/guests with you to your appointment (unless you need a driver or interpreter).

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at 253-627-1001 or email us at jaime@aestheticaclinique.com

We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors and friends.

Sincerely,
Louis Potyondy MD & the entire team at Aesthetica Clinique
